Hosting & Cohosting
In collaboration with local designers and property managers, I’ve had the opportunity to design, stage, host, and manage multiple properties across short-term rental platforms. This work brought together aesthetics and operations — pairing thoughtful interiors with attentive hosting and behind-the-scenes coordination.
Through hands-on involvement in sourcing, styling, guest experience, and ongoing management, I developed a holistic understanding of what makes a property not just beautiful, but successful. The results of this work led to my inclusion in Pittsburgh’s preferred cohost network, reflecting both performance and a hospitality-first approach to hosting.
As a full service host or cohost, I have provided:

Management of calendar, all house rules, booking settings, and platform requirements.

24/7 guest communication (inquiries, pre-arrival, in-stay, and post-stay support).

Full coordination and scheduling of all cleaningand turnover services, property maintenance, qnd emergency repairs.

24/7 on-call emergency response for guest and property issues.
Staging, Sourcing & Interiors
Through my cohosting work, work with Neat Method, and creative pursuits, I have had the opportunity to stage and source interior goods for a variety of situations. Most recently, I had the opportunity for a private brocante shopping experience in Provence with Joanna Maclennan, author of The Foraged Home.
This experience gave me the confidence and experience necessary to begin sourcing interior goods from France as a reseller and personal shopper for boutiques and clients in the United States.
